What Queep is

Queep is a personal reference library for creative professionals. You capture a post, a site, an image, or a note the moment you see it; the cloud interprets the item; search returns the file by meaning (“clean dashboard with a table”), not by filename. One account, two native apps: iPhone and Mac. The library is private. There is no feed, no public profile, and no collaboration.

Requirements: iOS 17 and macOS 14. Sign in with Apple, Google, or email.

How a reviewer tests the main flow

Install on iPhone and, if possible, on Mac with the same account.
Create an account or use the review credentials sent in App Store Connect.
Save a note, a public link, and an image. The save confirms immediately; AI arrives later.
On iPhone, share a page or photo via the Share Sheet → Queep.
On Mac, use the shortcut or paste. The library should show the same item.
Search with a phrase from the content. The expected item should appear.
Open Account → Usage and privacy, Subscription, and Delete account (finishing deletion is not required for review).

Subscriptions

Purchases are Apple-only, via RevenueCat. One subscription per Queep account, recognized on both devices.

Free — library, sync, and AI with a low quota. No Spaces. No audio/video file upload.
Pro — US$ 6.99/month or US$ 59.99/year. Everyday quota and Spaces. A 7-day trial on the yearly plan if Apple marks the Apple ID as eligible.
Max — US$ 19.90/month (plus yearly when published). Everything in Pro, plus audio and video files.

iOS products: app.queep.pro.monthly, app.queep.pro.yearly, app.queep.max.monthly, app.queep.max.yearly. Mac uses the prefix app.queep.mac.*. Family Sharing is off. Restore keeps the original App User ID.

Account deletion (Guideline 5.1.1)

Path in the app: Account → Delete account. Default: 30 days with an explicit recovery step. Alternative: immediate deletion. User-facing detail: /support#account. Policy: /privacy, section 6.

Privacy in one sentence

The library is never public. AI reads the item to index the owner’s account. Processors: Firebase/Google Cloud (São Paulo), OpenRouter / Gemini, Apple, and RevenueCat. We do not sell data.

Permissions the binary may request

Network — sync and analysis.
Photos / files — only when the user imports media.
Screen capture on Mac — only on the explicit screenshot action.
Sign in with Apple / Google — authentication.

The main flow does not request microphone, contacts, location, or advertising tracking.
